About Garage Door Repairman
Howard completed his apprenticeship with Cleveland Industrial Doors from 1985 to 1988. He then ran his own domestic garage door business Norton Garage Doors in the North East from 1988 to 2000. After moving to Devon in 2006, Howard worked as a carpenter while Lynne worked at the local doctor's surgery in Lifton, West Devon.
In 2016 We decided to launch Garage Door Repairman as a small family business specialising in domestic up-and-over garage door repairs. Thanks to Howard's expertise, word of mouth, fair prices, and excellent reviews, the business quickly grew and became our full time work. All our specialist work is carried out by Howard, whose experience with older and non standard up-and-over garage doors allows many repairs to be completed that would otherwise be written off for replacement.
