We are a small friendly, reliable, local family independent business. Located between Launceston in Cornwall and Tavistock in Devon.
We have no showrooms, staff, or big budget advertising. Our prices include labour, and parts at trade price. No call out charge or VAT added.
We show our prices upfront - not from, but all inclusive. No hidden extras. We can afford to be cheaper due to lower overheads. We cover an area roughly an hour radius from our home base and get to most jobs within the same day.
We don't supply garage doors, so have no vested interest in telling you your door is beyond repair. Feel free to call us for a second opinion if if this is what you have been told. You will get an honest opinion and a free quote if a repair is possible.
All our basic garage door repairs are guaranteed for 12 months. Any operators that we supply and fit are guaranteed for 5 years. Call outs for aftercare will be treated as importantly as new calls, perhaps even more so as we value all our existing customers. Also rest assured that we have been trading under the same name and address for almost 15 years, so we will be here if you need us! We get our 15 years with Yell badge in January.
Howard has over 30 years experience of repairing garage doors and we have great positive feedback on Google, Facebook and Yell.com. We also have public liability insurance of £5000,000! We don't use Trusted Traders Checkatrade etc as they charge £250 up front and £700/year membership. We can't afford this and still keep our prices down. We are happy to provide you with our insurance details etc. if you require them.
Even if you don't choose us please always check reviews. Testimonials can be written by any unscrupulous company.
