Do you supply garage doors?
No, we do not supply garage doors, our focus is on repairs but if you want to buy your own we have a measure and fitting service that can save you money. Also if you've been told your garage door is beyond saving Howard may be able to fix it. Hundreds of our customers were told they needed a new garage door when they only needed a simple repair for around £95.

Are you reliable?
Very, we won't book you an appointment if we know we can't keep it. Some national companies keep people hanging on for days. The problem is you think they are local because they use local phone numbers in their adverts - over 4 thousand ads at the last count! Want to check if a company is local? Do you give a warranty and are you insured?
We give a 12 month warranty on cables, springs etc. 5 years on automatic operators. Our customer service is excellent and we are insured for up to 5 million pounds! If you do have a problem we prioritise existing customers.
Is it easy to contact you?
Yes, many of our reviews mention how easy it is. Contact form, Facebook, WhatsApp, message, text, phone. 8am to 8pm or later. Including weekends. We work from home and we will give quick quotes based on photos you send us.
Why is the price so low and how do I pay?
We have lower overheads, no showrooms, employees or fleets of vans and we are not VAT registered because we are not supplying, just repairing. The price you see is the price you pay, and we accept card, cash, cheque or BACS payments.
Do you fix roller garage doors?
No we DO NOT work on commercial garage doors, or modern roller shutter garage doors such as Essati, Crocodile, Garolla or Seceuroglide.
Do you have a survey charge?
No we DO NOT. Beware of terms like Survey, Advice Visit, Repair Service - the price upfront might look good value - but they charge extra for parts, and labour over 20 minutes!!! You don't get your repair service charge back if you refuse the quote. Read the 1* reviews. We never ask for money in advance. Our quotes are free with no obligation or upselling and our 5* reviews reflect this. We charge £95 to replace both cables - parts and all labour included and no VAT.
Do you fix sectional garage doors?
Yes we repair domestic sectional garage doors. Howard has over 30 years experience of fixing them. You can trust him to know what he is doing!
